AI Lead Qualifier
New lead or inbound SMS → history pulled from Airtable → AI qualifies and replies in strict JSON → SMS sent → logged → Google Calendar slot booked with confirmation email, or hot/unclear leads escalated to a human.

CRM Sync
HubSpot contact/deal created or stage changed → full record fetched (batched, with retries) → upserted into Google Sheets by record ID → Slack alert with an "Open in HubSpot" button. Failures post to an errors channel.

Shopify order created → items and customer extracted → ChatGPT writes an on-brand thank-you email (with a fallback template) → sent via Gmail → logged to Sheets. Orders without an email trigger a Slack alert.
